Personalized orders may include a specialty charge based on the item, quantity, and overall complexity of the project.

When submitting a custom request, please include a detailed description, reference photos, and your desired deadline. After receiving your request, I will contact you with a project plan to confirm the details and my ability to create it. Resin projects depend on the molds available; if a specialty mold must be ordered, an additional charge may apply.

Once the project plan is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required to secure supplies and begin work. After your project is completed, I will send photos for approval and request the remaining balance. Once final payment is received, your order will be shipped.
